Service Provider Collection/Use

Mycloudparticle collects information, which may include personal information, under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes.

Choice

We may collect personal information from our Clients to provide them with services.  If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.

Service Provider, Sub Processors/Onward Transfer

Mycloud particle may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service, including third party technology and service partners as described in individual service specifications. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the above provisions in this Policy regarding Choice/Opt-Out and Service Providers and Onward Transfer, as well as the service agreements with our Clients.

Access to Data Controlled by Our Clients

Mycloud particle has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate personal information should direct its query to mycloudparticle’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within 30 days.
